Rental terms and conditions

1. Purpose
These terms govern the seasonal rental of the furnished tourist accommodation “La Villa Kay Léo”, located in Sainte-Luce, Martinique, for a maximum capacity of 6 people.
2. Booking and payment
Bookings are made online on this website. A booking becomes firm after written confirmation and receipt of the deposit [To be completed: % and terms]. The balance is due [To be completed: deadline]. Payments are processed securely (Stripe via Beds24).
3. Cancellation

4. Stay
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out before 11 am. Minimum stay of 7 nights. The property is non-smoking; parties and events are not allowed. The number of occupants may not exceed the stated capacity.
5. Security deposit

6. Tourist tax

7. Liability and insurance
Tenants must treat the property with due care and return it in the condition in which they found it. They are advised to check that their insurance covers holiday-rental risks.
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
